These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of ceiling fans, fan accessories (e.g., light kits, remote controls), and related products (“Products”) from AirRhythm (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) via our official website, authorized retailers, or direct sales channels. By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided at checkout.

1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

  • Your order constitutes a request to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders (e.g., for incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, suspected fraud, or custom product mismatches). A binding contract is formed only when we send a “shipping confirmation” email with tracking details.
  • Custom Products (e.g., fans with non-standard blade sizes, specialty finishes, or custom light kits) require a 20% non-refundable deposit upon order placement. We will share a design mockup for your approval within 3 business days; production begins only after confirmation, and custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.

2. Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Affirm (for installment plans). All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars.
  • Prices listed exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated based on your shipping address and added at checkout. We may adjust prices due to typographical errors or supply chain changes, with prior notification via email (you may cancel the order if you disagree with the revised price).
  • For installment plans via Affirm, late fees or interest may apply per Affirm’s terms. Unpaid or declined payments may result in order cancellation, with the non-refundable deposit (for custom orders) forfeited.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is free for orders over $300; orders under $300 incur a $24.99 fee. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available for $49.99. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories require additional 大件 shipping fees (contact our support team for a quote).
  • Deliveries include curbside drop-off (fans are shipped in oversized boxes). You must inspect Products upon delivery: report damages, missing parts, or incorrect items to us via email (support@airrhythm.com) within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and issue. Failure to do so may void our responsibility for replacements or refunds.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible non-custom Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees), provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including all parts, manuals, and accessories).
  • To initiate a return, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via our website. Returns without an RMA or with missing components will be rejected. You are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend using a trackable, insured carrier.
  • Custom Products are non-returnable unless defective (verified by our quality team). Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting returned Products, credited to your original payment method.

5. Warranty

  • All AirRhythm ceiling fans include a 10-year limited warranty for the motor (covering defects in materials or workmanship) and a 2-year warranty for other parts (blades, light kits, remotes).
  • The warranty does not cover: (a) normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches on blades); (b) damage from improper installation (follow included instructions or hire a licensed electrician), misuse, or accidents; (c) modifications without our approval; (d) damage from extreme weather (for outdoor fans, only “damp-rated” models are covered for covered patios—“indoor-only” fans used outdoors are excluded).
  • To claim warranty service, provide your order number, photos of the defect, and a description. We may repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion; we cover one-way shipping for warranty replacements.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (product images, descriptions, logos, design mockups) is owned by AirRhythm and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., installation costs, property damage from improper use, inconvenience) arising from Product defects, shipping delays, or order cancellations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected Product.

8. Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

  • We may update these Terms periodically; changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Your continued purchases after changes are posted constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved via good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida (per the American Arbitration Association rules) rather than litigation.
